Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777s", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 777s platform accessible at https://777s.ws and its associated mobile and desktop interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 777s website, all sub-pages, applications, software, game interfaces, betting systems, cashier systems, and any other service made available by 777s to registered players.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777s platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by 777s, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Section 3

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 777s platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 777s platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension.
• You are registering and accessing the platform on your own behalf, for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended 777s account. Each individual may hold only one account at any time.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 777s or any other gaming operator where such agreement is still in effect.
• You are acting as an individual, not as an agent, employee, or representative of any organisation, and not for any commercial gambling purpose.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

777s reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration, upon first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts will remain restricted from withdrawal until verification is complete.

Section 4

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777s account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 777s will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 777s bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777s immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 777s will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, including temporarily suspending account access pending investigation.

777s employs 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption across the entire platform and implements login attempt monitoring, automatic session timeouts, and encrypted credential storage. While 777s takes all reasonable technical precautions, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and players should take personal responsibility for endpoint security on their own devices.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 777s platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are as stated in the 777s cashier at the time of the transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. 777s reserves the right to add or remove payment methods from the cashier at any time.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of a confirmed payment notification from the relevant payment provider. In cases of technical delay, deposits will be credited within 2 hours. If a deposit has not been credited within 2 hours, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance checks:

In the event that a deposit is made in error, or a technical error results in an incorrect credit to your account, 777s reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance, regardless of whether you have wagered the erroneously credited funds. Any winnings derived from erroneously credited funds will be voided.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

777s offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters specific to that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 777s promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus credits must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion terms (the wagering requirement) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise. Some promotions may apply wagering requirements to the sum of the deposit plus the bonus.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will be listed in the promotion terms. Generally, live sports betting, Aviator, and certain live casino game types contribute at reduced rates or not at all — refer to each promotion for specifics.
• Bonus credits expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus credits and any associated pending wagering requirements are removed from the account without replacement.

Section 7

Game Rules & Betting

Each game and betting market available on the 777s platform is governed by the rules of the relevant game provider or, in the case of sports and cricket betting, by the 777s betting rules applicable to that market. Game-specific rules and betting market rules are accessible within the relevant game or market interface.

By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game or market rules. All bets are final once confirmed — bets may not be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and exercised before the bet settles.

777s uses RNG (Random Number Generator) systems certified by independent third-party testing laboratories for all non-live games. Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers and streamed to players in real time. The outcomes of all games are independent of previous outcomes and are not influenced by bet size, account status, or any other external factor.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error during an active game round:

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending winnings, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, spin games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds or paytables for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a manifest error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets using non-public information about sporting events.
• Colluding with other players in poker, baccarat, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 777s platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. 777s cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected financial crimes.
• Attempting to manipulate or reverse-engineer any part of the 777s platform, game software, RNG system, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider for legitimate transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, accessing multiple welcome bonuses, or avoiding account-level restrictions.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777s platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 777s content or software.

Game content made available on the 777s platform — including game software, artwork, sound design, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is used by 777s under licence. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 777s's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 777s, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

777s collects and processes personal data about players in accordance with the 777s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge the 777s Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary: 777s collects only the data necessary to operate a compliant and secure gaming platform, including identity verification data, contact information, transaction records, and gameplay data. This data is stored securely, is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes, and is retained for the periods required by applicable law and sound business practice.

Governing Law & Disputes
